How We Will Work Together

I use research backed methods from the field of positive psychology to support clients in their growth. The Wholebeing Institute's CHANGE model helps clients create positive change and reach their goals. Their SPIRE model enables clients to maintain a life balance that supports their success. Narrative based exercises remind clients of the potential that already exists, as does an approach based on your unique strengths. 

Additionally, for those who wish to improve their mental fitness, I offer coaching in conjunction with PQ™, a six week app based program developed by Shirzad Chamine, founder of Positive Intelligence®. This program helps clients sustain change, by laying down new neural pathways that build positive habits of mind. Simply put, this program helps develop thought patterns that work for you, rather than against you.

I work with clients who are curious and open minded. Clients who are ready to look within, find their truth, and take small steps forward in a safe, supporting environment where effort is valued. 


Along the way, you will make choices about how you want to think, feel, and act. Your decisions will be yours to make, but you will make them with clarity and confidence because you have gained insight.

Mental Fitness

If you want to get your body in shape, what do you do? You exercise it, right? Your brain is a muscle too, and it needs its own kind of exercise to be at its best. PQ™ is an app based program from Positive Intelligence® that is designed to improve mental fitness. Over a course of six weeks, individuals participate in daily exercises that are brief, intentional, and effective.


Increase your self-regulation and resilience, develop a more supportive inner dialogue, and tap into a mindset that will lead to greater fulfillment in all areas of life with this unique program.
